To make our By-Laws consistent with the Optimist International By-Laws concerning how votes may be cast.

Article IV Section 3. Voting, Votes and Voting Strength
PolA Amendment: 

B. The number of votes each Club shall be entitled to cast shall be the number of accredited delegates present, except the number of votes shall not exceed the maximum voting strength of said Club not exceed the maximum voting strength of said Club. Maximum voting strength shall be calculated by counting one (1) vote for each ten (10) members or majority fraction thereof (six or more) enrolled in the Optimist International office as of June 30.

Former policy covers A & B and may be clearer: A. Voting for candidates shall be by accredited delegates only. To be accredited, the club member must be registered at the meeting and have paid the registration fee. The accredited delegates from each club shall select a chair who shall cast the vote of the delegation. B. Each club in good standing with accredited delegates shall be entitled to one vote for each ten members or for fraction thereof (six or more) enrolled in the International office as of March 31 for the lieutenant governor elections and as of June 30 for the election if the governor-elect. Clubs not in good standing with delegates in attendance shall be permitted to correct their accreditation by payment of any dues in arrears.
